Buddy Guy is the Man
"Beat - Tribute Show played at the Star of The Desert Arena in a small venue, and I was curious to see why. It's been a while since I've visited, Better seating, and tons of it. Acoustics were great but a bit load for my ears.
The audience really got excited during the concert when Buddy went down among them and played up close and personal. The concert was a hit. After playing for sixty years, Buddy Guy couldn't play all his favorite songs, but he tried. There were so many that he went off the playlist more times than he played from it. It was a fun concert to attend.
I think Buddy deserved a sold-out venue, but unfortunately, it wasn't. Las Vegas missed out on one of the all-time great artists playing his heart out in our town.
